US-based DMC Insider Experience lands in NZ

 

The New Zealand market will gain real time access to United States destination management services as US DMC Insider Experience localises its account management team and opens a New Zealand office. Providing destination management services since 2012, Insider Experience delivers an extensive knowledge of key US cities they specialise in, being Hawaii, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York.

The opening of the New Zealand office this month coincides with the appointment of a senior account manager, Blair Jagusch. Jagusch will be the real time link to the US cities that Insider Experience represent. He was previously general manager of Orange Productions.

CEO of Insider Experience, Karine Bulger says the company’s success in the Australian market has centered around its local team, who are not sales representatives, but highly knowledgeable operational staff. Expanding services to New Zealand has always been on the agenda, she says.

This year has also been a milestone year for Insider Experience with On Location Experiences, the official hospitality partner of the National Football League (NFL), announcing recently it’s focus on the Australian and New Zealand market via the appointment of Insider Experience as an Authorised Agent. The appointment will provide New Zealand corporations with unprecedented access to the world’s biggest annual sporting event, the NFL’s Super Bowl, which this year in Houston attracted a global viewing audience of 112 million and generated more than US$15.5 billion in spending.
