Meeting Newz Magazine exists to inform, inspire, educate and connect business event professionals accross primarily New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific.


Readership includes corporate and government executives from professional, sporting and trade associations, NFP organisations, professional event planners, travel agents, and conference and incentive organisers located around New Zealand, Australia, the Pacific and those who have an interest in ANZSP from around the world.

Meeting Newz connects with more than 6000 readers on a monthly basis through print and digital channels. The magazine is hosted on the Meeting Newz website for a minimum of 24 months and is shared on our social media channels and website. Meeting Newz is published six times a year - in January, March, May, July, September and November. Each issue we publish a column from the chief executive of Conventions & Incentives New Zealand.

Industry Relationships

Meeting Newz is a member of, and has a strong working relationship with, Conventions & Incentives New Zealand and major regional convention bureaux. A column by the Conventions & Incentives chief executive is a regular feature in the magazine. The organisation's members and events (such as the AGM and conference) have a high profile in Meeting Newz.
We are a member of PCOA – the Professional Conference Organisers’ Association –  serving New Zealand and Australian PCOs. We communicate PCOA news to our readership and attend the annual conference where we publish a daily newspaper. Meeting Newz is also a member NZEA - the New Zealand Events Association – enabling us to keep up with news from the wider events industry as well as be at forefront of business events in New Zealand, Australia and beyond.


Meeting Newz has a circulation of over 6000 print and digital copies with the digital copy including website links to all display advertising. The magazine is hosted on the Meeting Newz website for 24 months. In addition to the subscription circulation, Meeting Newz is distributed at a number of key business events across Australia and New Zealand and is shared across all of our social media channels.
