Chris Roberts is one of the keynote speakers at the Maximum Occupancy Conference 2021

Chief executive of Tourism Industry Aotearoa (TIA), Chris Roberts will be the keynote  speaker at the Maximum Occupancy accommodation industry conference in Auckland on 18 and 19 August 2021.

"As the head of NZ’s peak tourism body, Chris has been at the coalface of keeping the plight of tourism businesses on the government's agenda and has kept pushing for better support for the tourism industry," says Fastrack Digital New Zealand general manager, Garrick Loft. "There is no better person to deliver this invaluable keynote for this year's conference."

In the keynote, Roberts will share his views on what the future of tourism looks like, how we can collectively shape the industry for the better and how we can go from good to great as an industry.

“Maximum Occupancy has stepped up this year to provide a not-to-be-missed accommodation industry conference, tackling the key issues facing this vitally important sector of New Zealand’s tourism industry,” says Roberts, “It is a privilege to be asked to be the keynote speaker. I will be challenging everyone attending the conference to join us on a collective journey to build back better.”

Maximum Occupancy will held at Aotea Centre, Auckland.
