The hotel boasts one of the largest conference facilities in Auckland with 16 function spaces, including a grand ballroom and dedicated exhibition floor, offering more than 3,000sqm of event spaces. Filled with natural daylight and located on the lobby level, Princes Ballroom offers an indoor space as well as outdoor terrace for cocktail events for up to 1,000 guests and dinners for up to 500 guests. The newly refurbished Top of The Town is situated on the top floor of the hotel.

Operated by global hospitality group Accor, the five-star hotel offers 276 rooms and suites. Soft refurbishment of all accommodation rooms includes updated furniture, amenities, and new carpets in both the rooms and hotel corridors, as well as blackout curtains, new beds and bedding, and a Nespresso machine in each room. Rooms prices start from $229.00.

The hotel is also home to the Tapestry Bar & Grill under executive chef Johnny Roullier. The Tapestry courtyard is open for dining and groups. The onsite Luxe Spa features six treatment rooms, an expansive sun terrace, a 25-meter heated indoor lap pool, sauna, steam room, spa pool, and fitness equipment.
