South Australia’s McLaren Vale wine region will see the opening of a new five-star resort and 250 guest event centre in 2026.

McLaren Vale Resort & Spa, to be operated by boutique hotel brand Lancemore, will offer 124 luxury rooms and suites and a 100-seat fine dining restaurant with vineyard views.

The hotel’s plan also features a pool, sauna, wellness centre and gym. The hotel will be located in the heart of the McLaren Vale region, which is 45 minutes from Adelaide/Tarntanya and home to acclaimed wineries - including three from the Ultimate Winery Experiences Australia collective.
