Casalme has over 30 years’ experience in media, events production and conference organisation.  Prior to joining Marlborough Civic Theatre Trust, he was general manager for Community of Waka Pacific Trust, operator of Vodafone Events Centre and Vector Wero Whitewater Park.

Casalme led programmes which served 65,000 students in the creative arts, events, sports, outdoor activity and water safety programmes. It was the largest schools programme of its kind in the country, with a community good value of over $1.5 million.
